味噌野菜バターラーメンを注文。
一口目は普通なのに、だんだん美味しくなってくる。
そうか、これがバターの効果なのか。
チャーシューは小ぶりだが、味がしっかりしていて味噌バターのスープに負けてない。
バターが入って初めて完成するラーメンなのだ。
今度は塩で挑戦してみよう。

横浜で札幌の味がいただけます。
そーいえばここが初めて関内に出来た時は騒がれてました。
ここに来たらいつも頼むのは激辛ラーメン。
味噌、バター、味玉で注文するのがマスト！
相変わらず独特な味噌スープは中毒性があり病みつきになります。
激辛と言っても全然辛くないし丁度いい♪
相変わらず美味しくいただけました！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was 10.30pm at night. We had been on the road driving nonstop for the past 10 hours, having eaten nothing but a meagre onigiri and a ton of coffee.
It was cold and dark, with not an open restaurant in sight, save for fast food eateries. We had resigned ourselves to convenience store food, when we saw bright lights in the distance. In our food-deprived state, we thought it was but a mirage, a figment of our wishful thinking.
We entered the store in trepidation, fearful that we would be turned away. To our endless relief, an angel greeted us with a warm smile, and a friendly "irrashaimase". Salvation was here.
We ordered enough to feed a village, and the food came faster than you could say "oomori onegaishimasu". The first mouth of ramen broth tasted like pure unadulterated joy akin to a mother watching her baby's first steps. Tears of gratitude rolled down our cheeks, onto the glorious slab of hokkaido butter floating atop the rich miso tonkotsu broth.
This what be what heaven feels like.
Tldr; ramen was delicious.
