店内入ってすぐ左側にコップと給水機があるので手に取り着席。
カウンター席のみで２席ごとにアクリル板で区切っている感じでした。
ステーキライスＸＬ+生卵+ホイップバター増量、ライスをガーリックバターライスに変更で注文。
生卵は全卵か黄身のみかで選べました。
ライスは４種類から選べ、平日ランチだと大盛無料です。
７分ほどで配膳。卓上のスプーンで頂きます。
お肉の赤とバターとオニオンの白、ガーリックチップの茶色、玉子の黄色のコントラストが美しい！
まずは普通に。ミディアムレア？のお肉はとても柔らかく、しっかり味のソースともよく合いとても美味しいです。
赤身肉なので油にもたれることもなく、バターや玉子、卓上の味変アイテムで最後まで飽きることなく頂けます。
ガーリックライスもとても美味しかったです。
ガーリックチップも通常でそれなりの量が載ってるので、匂いを気にされる方はアフターケアなり外してもらうなりが必須ですね。
唯一の不満は爪楊枝がなかったことかな。
個人的にはお肉系のお店にはやっぱり欲しいですね。
あとLINEのお友達登録してみたけど、クーポンの有効期限が切れてるけどいいのかな？
次回は鉄板系にチャレンジしてみたい。

Serving in about 7 minutes. I'll have it with a tabletop spoon.
The contrast between the red of the meat, the white of butter and onion, the brown of garlic chips, and the yellow of the egg is beautiful!
First of all, normally. Medium rare? The meat is very tender and goes well with the sauce and is very delicious.
Since it is lean meat, it does not lean on oil, and you can enjoy it with butter, eggs, and tabletop taste-changing items until the end.
The garlic rice was also very delicious.
Garlic chips are usually included in a reasonable amount, so if you are concerned about the smell, it is essential to have them removed after care.
The only complaint was that there was no toothpick.
Personally, I really want a meat restaurant.

あ〜あ。「ジジを殺す気か」ランチを食ってしまった。
店の外にある写真が、肉の写真が、ものすごく美味そうに見えたのだ。そして、ついフラフラと入ってしまった。
さらにはジジであることをわきまえて、小さな肉のかけらでも頼めばいいのに、特に欲張りなステーキとカレーが両方楽しめる「ステーキ肉増しand煮込みカレー」なるものを注文してしまった。出来ごころだ。
こうなればもう戦うしかない。ジジは必死に格闘した。うまかった。もしかしたら明日の朝には、食い過ぎで死んでいるかもしれない。ナンマイダ。
店は10席が取り囲む狭い厨房に4人のスタッフが入り、調理から接客までやっている。男2、女2。全員若い。若いから料理に味わいはないが、勢いはある。見て、食って気持ちがいい。
4人はものすごく忙しい。店の外には長い列ができ、さらにテイクアウト、出前までこなしている。要するに人気店に迷いこんだのだ。
「お若いの。忙しいだろうが、ケンカするなよ。体に気をつけろよ。タバコ、止めろよ」

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと気になっていた！センタービーフです。店内はカウンター席で、ビールを自分で注ぐのが斬新で良いです。クラフトビールを３種いただきました。
苦味と軽さが、それぞれあり楽しめました。メインのローストビーフは、熟成の味わいと柔らかさが美味い！ニンニクやネキとクリームも絶妙で、ライスが進みます。スタッフさんも、愛想よくて、居心地が良いのでビールで長いしたいのですが、来客が多いので次回です。一度、食してほしいお店です。

12時頃到着。先客は1名
こじんまりとしたお店、カウンター10席かな？
何も知らないで行ったので、ステーキライスの店となってたのでジュージューステーキ出てくるのかな？と思ってたら、そうじゃ無く、イメージ的にはローストビーフ丼。もちろんステーキもありました。
自分はステーキライスを食べました。ガーリックライスバージョンでオーダー。
ほんのりニンニクが効いていて自分は好きでした。
赤身肉をレアで焼いて、薄くスライスしたのをお皿へ…測りに乗せながら肉乗せてるのできっとちゃんとした量が入っているでしょう(笑)
定員さんのおしゃべりなければ良かったなぁ…
何かうるさく煩わしかった。
周辺の駐車場がちと高く(1時間¥660)まぁじっくり探せばもう少し安い所あるかも…
味は美味しかったのでまた行ってみたいです。

名物であるビーフライスのLサイズ、大盛りライス（平日ランチは増量無料）、トッピングでマッシュポテト、生卵（全卵or卵黄を選択）ガーリックチップ、数量限定のデミグラスシチューを注文。
お肉が非常に柔らかく味もしつこくなく非常に食べやすかったです。
スタッフさん曰くひとつひとつ手作業でお肉の筋や硬い部分をトリミングをしているそう。
トッピングを使った味変が楽しい一皿でした。
お店のスタッフさんも気さくで話しかけやすく初心者でも気兼ねなく入れるお店です。
次は友人を誘っていきます。

ステーキライスMサイズに半熟卵、マッシュポテト、ちょいカレーをトッピング。
ライスは無料でガーリックバターライスに変更して貰いました。
お肉はミディアムレア位の焼き加減。
卓上に色々と無料の味変アイテムがあるので最後まで単調にならずに頂けます。
特にちょいカレーは300円ですが最強の味変アイテムとしてオススメです。
次回は自分で入れるクラフトビールも飲んでみたいです。
