★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと高級な和食と中華のコース専門のお店。土日は2000円からのコースで前はメインが選べて、魚とかシュウマイとか選べてたのに、今日はメインが、選べずふろふき大根とのこと。刺し身と前菜4種、茶碗蒸しに小鍋にご飯は着いてますが、ものすごくメニューが劣化した感じ。平日は鍋が無しで1600円やし、コロナが終わって、大根に金払ってる感じになってしまった。

On Saturdays and Sundays, the course starts from 2000 yen, and you could choose the main dish before, but you could choose fish or shumai, but today you can't choose the main dish, Furofuki daikon. Sashimi, 4 kinds of appetizers, chawanmushi and rice in a small pot, but the menu seems to have deteriorated tremendously. On weekdays, I had to pay 1600 yen without a pot, and after the corona was over, I felt like I was paying for the radish.

でも相変わらずお皿のバッシングが音立てながら激しい、客の前でお皿を重ねて待つ…
あれが早く帰れと言われてるみたいです。
あと作る方が酸っぱめの味付けが好きなのかな?お料理全体に酢を使ってます。
ゴマだれを使うお料理があったのですがそれまで酸っぱめで…さすがにゴマだれはもっとゴマの濃厚さが欲しかったかなぁ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日 接待される方で行って来ましたが、コロナ対策がいい加減で出来るだけ速く撤退しようと思ったんだけど、その心配が無いぐらい早く皿を下げられて閉口した。味は何食べても同じ味で飽きた。大手居酒屋の方がよっぽど美味しいと思った。自腹で行く事は絶対無い。
The other day, I went there with a person who was entertained, but I thought I would withdraw as quickly as possible due to poor measures against corona, but I was able to lower the plate and close it so quickly that I didn't have to worry about it. I got tired of the same taste no matter what I ate. I thought that the major izakaya was much more delicious. I never go on my own.
