★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素材の味を活かした店名通りのお酒がすすむお料理でした。お造りはどれも美味しく、土地のお野菜ものも海のものどれも美味しくいただけました。また、器もお料理もこだわりがあり、飽きさせない、一品一品違う味付けです。遠方より旅行がてらお伺いしましたが行って大正解でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『進肴』と書いて『しいざかな』と読むそうですが、タクシーの運転手さんに、『進肴さんまで』と言うだけで通じる！地元に馴染んだお店のようです！こじんまりとしたお店なので、オーダーもしやすく、お魚中心に季節のお料理と丹後のお酒が楽しめます。お魚料理以外も美味しかったけど、11月にいただいた太刀魚の天ぷらは、ホントにお口の中でとろけるようでした！あと…海老フライも絶品でした！これに関しては、揚げてる音から美味しかった(笑)ホントです?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍の中、衰退していく店舗もありますが、進肴さんは渦中を感じさせず楽しく美味しく頂きました。
写真はカワハギ、アジ、ヘシコの造り盛りですが、とても新鮮で肝も甘くメッチャ美味しかったです?
ヘシコに添えられた水大根がとてもいい仕事してますので、行かれる方は是非オススメです?
