★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapeseed flower festival always a good time. Local vendors and events serve up quality food and entertainment. Sleds and dress-up for kids. Many photo ops on the several paths in the fields. Lots of parking. Be sure to cruise the ocean view roads around the peninsula.
