★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best place to purchase any electronics items in Hamamatsu. There are samples for almost all the products to try. Some of the products are way cheaper. Tax is exempted for foreign passport holder for a minimum purchase of 5000 yen. They will scan the passport and staple the product bill on it. Liquors are also available in the shop and they are also duty-free for foreigners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best electronic store, which offers a wide range of all electronic products. It also has a point card, which is free of cost, but earns you 10 % of the amount paid for your next purchase.
Next time when u go there get a card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bic is basically a Japanese version of Best Buy but with even more stuff like bicycles and air conditioners. It's a bit different from what you will see in the states but if I had to generalize the closest thing to it would be Best Buy. I bought a blender and some earbuds there if that gives you an idea of what is going on there.
But you can also get beer and liquor there. Or a new MacBook pro if that's your thing. It's a useful place to shop.
