画面割れを直すついでにバッテリーも変えました。
自宅に帰り、iPhoneを使用して数時間経った後でバッテリーの減り方が変わっていないことに気づき、設定よりバッテリーの状態を確認すると"サービス"との表示。
変える前は78%だったのに、悪化してるじゃん…と思い電話すると
"店舗まで持ってきてください"
と言われ、再度バッテリーを交換すると数時間は100%であるものの、再びサービスの表示。
再び電話すると、おそらく基盤から壊れているので基盤修理を勧められ、その際はバッテリー代金は返金していただけるとのこと。
そのタイミングで緊急事態宣言により、休業してしまったので、不安だったものの宣言明けに対応の方法をメールすると言われたので一安心。
しかし6月に入っても何の連絡もないため、店舗に電話すると、無愛想な男が声色からしてめんどくさそうな対応。また再度持ってこいと言うので携帯は機種変更の予定だったこともあって返金も諦めました。
いくらコロナ渦とはいえ、ひどい対応です。
やはり正規店での修理をおすすめします。

However, since there was no contact even in June, when I called the store, the unfriendly man seemed to be annoyed by the voice. Also, since I was told to bring it again, I had to give up the refund because there was a plan to change the model of the mobile phone.
Even though it is a corona vortex, it is a terrible response.
After all, we recommend repairing at a regular shop.

安く修理してもらえるとの評判を見て液晶漏れの修理を依頼。
画面の取り替えをして頂いたが、粗悪。
簡単にプレイしていたリズムゲームがノルマクリアすらまともに出来なくなるくらい反応が悪く(ノーツ抜けが多く)なった。
ポチポチするだけのゲームや、
簡単な操作だけのゲームをするだけなら問題は無いが、ある程度素早い動きを求められるゲームをプレイする方は絶対にやめた方がいいです。

急ぎではなく、買い物ついでだったので、他階のCanDoや地下街で買い物を済ませて取りに向かうと、パネル交換だけだったのに、受け取りまでの間に充電もしてくれていました。
旧い機種ですが、6ヶ月保証も付いていて、親切・丁寧な店員さんの対応でとても助かりました♪
TSUTAYAの決済方法に準じるので、Tポイントが貯まることと、様々な電子マネーやQR決済に対応しているのが嬉しいです。
担当店員さんが少ない(おひとりだけ？)ようで、他のお客様(修理・応対)とタイミングが被ると、待たなければいけないかもしれませんが、受け取り時の確認・説明もわかりやすかったです。
