★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの対応が非常に良いです。ニューバランスの気に入ったモデルがあったのですが、サイズが無く困っていると、近くの店舗に在庫を確認してくださり、該当サイズがあったので「取りに行ってきます！」と走って取りに行ってくださいました。今も大切に履き続けています。
The correspondence of the clerk is very good. There was a model that I liked about New Balance, but when I was in trouble because it was out of size, I asked a nearby store to check the stock, and since there was a corresponding size, I ran and said "I'm going to pick it up!" I went to. I still wear it carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 決めた商品を預からせて頂いたが、計算前に声かけても別の事やって続いて、「お待ち下さい」と言われて。気持ち悪くなって来た。3分待っても計算してくれない。最低接客店。
I entrusted the product I decided on, but even if I called out before the calculation, I continued to do something else and was told "Please wait". I'm getting sick. Even if I wait for 3 minutes, it doesn't calculate. The lowest customer service store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前所持していた靴と同じ物を購入なので、試着を断りレジに直接持って行こうとしたら店員がレジで預かりますからと半ば強制的に商品を取り上げてきました。
万引き対策なのかもしれませんが、疑われているようで不愉快でした。
I bought the same shoes that I had before, so if I refused to try them on and tried to bring them directly to the cash register, the clerk would keep them at the cash register, so I was forced to pick up the product.
It may be a shoplifting measure, but it seemed suspicious and unpleasant.

Expensive though. Better to check the online prices before you visit. Friendly staff manages well with Basic English.
