午前の11時過ぎに行きましたが、診察は15時30とのことで今回は断念。
月曜日という事もあってかなりの混み具合でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネット予約を朝一でして、行ったのだが後から来る患者がどんどん呼ばれる。結局1時間半くらい待たされた。待ち時間の管理がまるでできていない。どうあるべきか考え直していただきたい。安易にネット予約できるようにして満足しないでほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出入り口外で、看護師さんが体温測定やアルコール消毒などしてくださり、コロナ対策もバッチリです。
普段通っている耳鼻科が休みで、急ぎで耳鼻科に行く必要があり何気なく来た所です。
看護師さんも、先生も皆さん親身になってくださり、もっと早くここへ通えば良かったと思いました。
優しく先生の顔を伺うだけで、何故か心と気持ちが穏やかになります。
薬も受付で頂けるので、小さなお子様連れの方はとても助かると思います！
