★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アレルギーで鼻と喉が、何ヶ月も我慢した結果悪化してしまい、いよいよ辛くなってしまったので受診しました。
初診から変な医者だと思っていましたが、血液検査の結果を聞きに再受診しましたところ、原因はわからない、その症状は関係ないからあり得ない、ちょっと過敏になって痛い気がしてるだけじゃないか、とまで言われました。
ほんとは★1つも付けたくないくらい、ほんとに上から目線で小馬鹿にしたような嫌な態度で言われました。
イラっとしたので言い返したら、無駄だと思うけど変えたいなら薬変えますか？
みたいな対応でした。
原因が分からないなら、薬を変えるとか、他の検査をするとか、他の病気を疑うとか、やることはあるのではないですか？
一応陽性のアレルギーの対策も、アレルギーの冊子を渡されただけで、直接なんのアドバイス等もありませんでした。
こちらはほんとに辛くて、お金を払って、時間を割いて、すがる思いで受診しているのです。
今までこんな医者、見たことありません。
ほんとに不快です。
予約制なのにガラガラな理由がよく分かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 病院を検索する口コミサイトで評判が良く、電話で初診であることと事前予約のことを聞いたら「予約なくても大丈夫です。」とのことで受診しました。
問診票を書いてすぐに診察室へ案内されました。
検査や触診をするわけでもなく症状を伝えたら鼻で笑われて否定されるような説明をされ診察終了でした。
看護士さんも特に何もせずずらーっと先生の後ろに並んでおり、こちらをずっと見てくるので不快でした。
支払いの時に「今回は特別に予約なしで予約者さんより優先し診させていただきましたが、次からはちゃんと予約してから来院してください。」と注意するように受付の方に言われました。
こちらは事前に初診であることや予約に関しての問い合わせをし予約なしでも可とのことで受診し、看護士さんに呼ばれて診察室に案内されただけです。
すぐに診て欲しいとも一言も言っていないです。
診察らしいこともしていないのに処方箋が出ていて驚きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母が副鼻腔炎で伺いました。一向に治らず、先生の対応も冷たいというか患者に寄り添ってくれませんでした。
私も副鼻腔炎は完治までに治療がかかると知っていましたが、しっかりと説明もしてもらえなかった為、あるべき医者の姿では無いと感じました。CTが置いてあるような耳鼻科はなかなかありませんし、医療器具は整っていると思いますが、使う人がダメじゃ意味ないと思うんですがね。このコメントを見て、病院側が何か改善策を取ってくれる事を願いますが、私より前にコメントされている方の投稿を見る限り、改善する気も無いんでしょうね。
正直に言います、こちらの病院はおススメできません。

あれから、耳鼻科に怖くて行けなくなりました。結局骨は見つからず、自然に溶けるのを待って！とあざ笑われました。悲しくなりました。

また回転するような目眩が起きた時どのような対処したらいいか医師に聞いたら「救急車呼べば？」と言われました。救急車を呼ばなくてもいい対処方を聞きたかっただけなのに全然患者に寄り添ってくれない他人事の医師にがっかりしました

合う合わないはあるでしょうが、私はとても良いとおもいます。
以前は予約システムがなくたいへん待ち時間が長かったですが、現在は予約すれば待ち時間はほぼありません。
症状に対し、効果的な薬を処方することに対して、迅速かつ安心感があります。
また、かかりつけ医として、患者の異変にも気づいてくれる。私は自覚なかったんですが、気づいてくださり、大きい病院の紹介状と予約をすぐしてくれ、大事にいたらずすみました。
