★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて買った車がここでした。それ以来、車検も全てここでやってもらってます。
まぁ、今のとこ何のトラブルもなく車には乗れてます。整備士の方もきちんとやってくれます。納車時にフロアマットにビスが落ちてたのは、気になったけど(笑)
 This was the first car I bought. Since then, all car inspections have been done here.
Well, I can ride the car without any trouble now. The mechanic will do it properly. I was worried about the screw falling on the floor mat when the car was delivered (laughs)

担当が固定してくれるといいですけど。やめたらまた新人がつくから結局すぐやめてまた最初から説明しないといけないから面倒。
It's a pity that the person in charge has changed one after another. I quit two people in three years and now I am the third person in charge.
I hope the person in charge will fix it. If you quit, you will get a newcomer again, so after all you have to quit immediately and explain from the beginning again, which is troublesome.

I visited for a 6-month inspection. It went smoothly on time for the reservation. The store is beautiful and the staff are very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新型ルーミーを見に行ったんですけど、店員に全く相手にされずほったらかしにされました。もう一組のカップルも店員に相手にされてませんでした。奥に店員さんいたのにねぇ。でも帰り際に女性店員さんからティッシュ一箱お土産でもらいました。
I went to see the new Roomy, but the clerk didn't deal with me at all and left me alone. The other couple wasn't dealt with by the clerk either. There was a clerk in the back. But on my way home, I got a box of tissue as a souvenir from a female clerk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新規客は相手しにくれないので行かない方がいい。新車乗り換え検討のため、夫婦で来店した。駐車場に車止めても、店内入って車を見ていても、誰一人声を掛けてこなかった。自分たちの横で他のお客さんを見送って手が空いたスタッフ、暇そうなスタッフでさえも。試乗車がないか尋ねた際も、試乗車はまだ用意がないと突き放されただけで、接客もなく、カタログ出してこなかった。対応が悪い以前に、対応すらしてこない、印象の悪い店舗だった。外観が新しく綺麗だったので期待をして入ったが、残念な店舗で、もう2度と行きません。トヨタディーラー全体の印象が悪くなった。近くの他メーカーの店舗と正反対の対応をされたため、どうかと思った。
It is better not to go because new customers will not be offered to you. A couple came to the store to consider switching to a new car. Nobody called out, whether parked in the parking lot or entering the store and looking at the car. The staff who looked after other customers beside us and were vacant, even those who seemed to be idle. When asked if there was a test drive, the test drive was just thrown away if it wasn't ready yet. It was a store with a bad impression, even before the response was bad. I looked forward to seeing it because it was new and beautiful, but it was a disappointing store and would never go again. The impression of the whole Toyota dealer got worse. I thought it was exactly the opposite of the other stores nearby.
