詐欺師と変わらないです
やっている事は、半グレと変わらないですよ。
夕方に行った自分達も悪かったのですが、子供がグズってしまったのでまた明日返事をします。と言うと
主人に、なんの説明も無しに書類を書かせて車を強制的に買わされました。
翌日キャンセルをお願いするとできないと言われたので、キャンセル料を支払うと言うと
｢うちは、大手だからできない｣
と言われました。
春日部にある、カーネーションさんで
D2を検討していて
担当者に今こうゆう車があってと相談して
それよりも条件いいのがありますよ！下取りも頑張りますから！
と、詐欺師の言葉に乗った自分達が馬鹿でした。
カーネーションさんのことを
悪く言うことから始まり
カーネーションさんのオークションのやり取りの用紙を見せられ
｢カーネーションさんは修理歴がないと嘘をついていますよ、これほんとには見せちゃいけないやつなんですけど｣
などと言われました
こちらとしては、え？そうだったの？と信じてしまい
夕方行ったからもう真っ暗で
スペイドの内装ぐらいしか確認できなくて
今朝車を見ると
擦り傷が沢山ありました。
D2にはこんな、キズありませんでした
主人の大切な車を下取りに出して
主人に、申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。
走ればいい、乗れればいいやと言う方には
このお店はいいと思います。
担当者の名前を晒したいぐらいです。
晒してもこの悔しい気持ちはおさまりませんが……
ほんとに最低です。
ドラレコの引き継ぎ作業はてっきり納車日にする物だと思っていたら
納車日当日に、後日になります
と言われました。
そうゆう事前に分かっていることは伝えられるはずだと思います。
車体にキズがある事も、伝えられたと思います

買ってから結構経つが点検の時期には連絡が来るし今も快適に乗れてます。担当者が居なくなってしまったのが残念ですが他の店員さんがしっかりと対応してくれるので問題ない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中古車を見に行ったら営業のリーダーらしき方が担当することになったのですが、店内では質問するとちょっと調べてきますと言われ席を外され、20〜30分待たされやっと戻ってきたと思ったらすぐちょっと調べてきます。他の営業の方は席を外してる様子はなく、また同じぐらい待たされ、戻ってきて用事があるので帰りますと言うとまたちょっと待ってて下さいと20分ぐらい待たされました。
もう行きません。

参考程度に見に行っただけだったのにその日に契約させようとして長々と車両を紹介されました。
おまけに3時までには帰りたいと言ったのにも関わらずダラダラ車の査定と見積もりの話をされて子どもの迎えに間に合わなくなってしまいました。
10年位前に行った時もやはり今回同様、参考程度に行ったのにその日に契約させようとされました。
従業員にどんな教育をしてるのか企業としての理性を疑ってしまいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 副店長が胡散臭い。車を契約する際にキズがあるのを指摘すると「このくらいのキズなら消せます。」と言っていたのに納車日に取りに行くと「忙しくて消せませんでした。」と言われ、さらにホイールのセンターキャップがなかったので付けてくれるのか聞いたら「大丈夫です、付けられます。」と言っていたのにそれも「センターキャップだけでは注文できませんでした。」と言われる始末。1番の問題点はクルマの取り扱い説明書がないのになんの説明もされなかったこと。もう二度とここでは車は買わない。
