レタスもまとまったまま出てきた。
頼んだものも最後まで出てこない。
元気なのはすごくいいけど全体的にサービス精神が足りていない。
2度とこないかな、、、。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも夜に行くと激混みになるので早めに16時頃入店。なのに注文しても飲み物が来るだけでも10分ほどかかって、肉などが来るのはもっと後。スタッフが少ないのはわかるが自動で運ぶ機械も使ってるのに時間かかりすぎ！17時頃になったらスタッフも増えてすぐに料理来るようになったけど、最後にデザートを食べてる途中で「次のお客さまが待ってますので早めの退店をお願いします」と言われた。時間も全然オーバーしてないのに食べてる途中にそんなん言う？普通。しかも最初は料理出すの遅かったくせに早く帰れとか有り得ない！あと、名前わからんが眼鏡の男の店員声デカすぎ！「◯名様ご来店でーす！」とか「◯組様お待ちでーす！」とか客がそばにいるのにもう叫んでる感じ。マジでうるさい！！

食べ放題を頼んたのでデザートがおひとり様1品無料で食べられたのですが1口2口で食べ終わるような極小量だったのでびっくりした。味も微妙でしたのでデザートはいらないかなと思いました。

赤身を頼んでるのに肉の8割が脂身。
カルビを間違って頼んでしまったと思い、とりあえず赤身を頼み直したらやはり8割9割脂身の肉。
カルビの方がよっぽど赤身と呼べる肉でした。
鍋のダシが一瞬で油になり、食べ放題なのにものの20〜30分で肉欲が失せ、その後はひたすらうずらの味玉を食べてました(笑)
うずらはとても美味しいです。
恐らく4個入り12皿は食べたかと
きしめんもマロニーの太い版みたいな半透明なのが出て来て不味いしとにかく最悪。
どん亭の方が何倍もいい
2度と行かない。

注文してもなかなか来ないうえに注文ミスも多く頼んだものがこないことが頻発。時間制限もあるのにこれはひどい。
極め付けはデザートを頼んだのになかなか来ず、早く帰れオーラの皿を下げに来た店員に確認してさらに待っていたら違う店員が来て時間を過ぎているので退店して欲しいと言われた。かれこれ30分以上。
混んでいるから時間がかかるのも多少のミスも仕方ないと思って待っていたのにあまりにひどい対応で連れと唖然。
こちらは怒りをおさえて冷静に対応したが、最後に対応した店員以外は謝罪もとくになし。(社員が出てくるレベルのミスの多さだと思う)
以前は店員さんもていねいで気持ちよく過ごせたのでこの店が好きだったがあまりの変わりっぷりは衝撃でした。

料理をロボットが運んでくる案内もなく、実際運んできましたが、テーブルにおいている途中に引き返してしまった（笑）
もう少しお客様の目線、動線を考えた方がいい。店舗ルールが悪いのかな?
味は普通でした。女性の接客は良かったです。
