★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の対応は良い。素人の客に早口で説明されても理解出来ない部分があるので、分かりやすくゆっくり話して欲しい部分もある。最近は軽自動車やコンパクトカーの中古車が多い。オイル交換や車検で利用させてもらってます。

店内も明るいし、雑誌やフリーwifiがあるので待ち時間も快適です。
購入した車でなくても、親切に対応してくれます。
We use for vehicle inspection and maintenance.
The store is bright and there are magazines and free wifi so waiting time is comfortable.
Even if it is not a purchased car, it will respond kindly.

色々リサーチしたけど本社と関わりあるんで、評価上げとくよ！

営業さんの対応もいいし、見積り時に追加オプションについても説明があったがしつこく勧めてくる感じでは無かったのがいいし端数もおまけしてくれた。今後、整備もお任せで行こうと考えてます。
I bought a cheap new old car here, but the response was very good.
The sales person's response was good, and the additional options were explained at the time of the estimate, but it was nice that I was not persistently recommending it and the fraction was added. In the future, I plan to leave it up to maintenance.
