★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a cafe, it is a restaurant and a souvenir shop (I came here thinking it was a cafe and I could sit down for a while and read, this is not the environment for that). There’s also an information centre. They have a set menu and a la carte. The Japanese breakfast menu is served only until 11.00 am. Then they have lunch set dishes and 2 of them are vegetarian food. It felt pricey for what it was (around 1400 yen) I gave 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set lunch 1500 yen. So many different flavors - all delicious and healthy. Its bright and clean and fun to watch the chefs make their food preparations. The delicious rice is cooked on a wood stove in a traditional method. There is a store connected to the restuarant which sells many different specialty food items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern chic cafe / grocery with breakfast and lunch offerings. Dedicated to farm to table and gluten free. Rice cooked in the traditional kamado is so good that you can't stop eating. In the same property with tourist info center for historical Naramachi.
