★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三条の定食屋を探して見つけました。メニューでポークカツ900円とあったので、主人に注文すると「ご飯は付けるいかい？」と言われたのでご飯のセットで注文。ポークカツは肉厚で旨かったですが、いざ精算になると1360円を請求されました。写真の通り、ご飯とみそ汁のセットで追加460円も取られるとは思ってもいませんでした。
黙ってお金は払いましたが、それだけの金額を取るなら一言ほしいです。
あと愛想も良いとは言えませんでした。
I searched for and found a set meal shop in Sanjo. The menu said that the pork cutlet was 900 yen, so when I ordered it from my husband, I was asked "Would you like to have rice?", So I ordered it as a set of rice. The pork cutlet was thick and delicious, but when it came time to settle, I was charged 1360 yen. As you can see in the picture, I didn't expect to get an additional 460 yen for a set of rice and miso soup.
I paid the money silently, but I would like a word if I would like to take that much money.
Also, I couldn't say that it was amiable.

お昼少し前にマップで探して向かうも狭い路地に入り、駐車場もここかな⁈と心配になりながら入店。第一印象は居酒屋！と思わせる店内でお客さんは誰も居らず、亭主に大丈夫ですかと思わず聞いてしまいました。
カウンターに座り噂のもやしラーメン大盛りを注文し。手際良く作る職人技を堪能しなが待つのが好きです。
ラーメンは上のもやしがとても熱く少し塩味が強い印象でしたが、トータル的には問題なし。
最後まで熱々のスープは大変良かった！
帰る頃には多くのお客さんで賑わっていて、地域の皆さんに愛されてる店なんだと認識。
味よしだったんで再度訪れたいお店です。
2021-8-3 First visit
A little before noon, I searched for it on the map, but I entered a narrow alley, and I was worried that the parking lot would be here⁈. The first impression is an izakaya! There were no customers in the store, and I asked the owner if it was okay.
I sat down at the counter and ordered a large serving of rumored bean sprout ramen. I am proficient in craftsmanship, but I like to wait.
The ramen had the impression that the bean sprouts above were very hot and a little salty, but there was no problem overall.
The hot soup was very good until the end!
By the time I got home, it was crowded with many customers, and I realized that it was a store loved by everyone in the area.
It tasted good so I would like to visit it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構狭い路地の奥、でも駐車場らしきものはあるお店。
普段から常連さんが来ているんだろうなという客層。
良い感じに年季の入った店構えと店内の雰囲気。
期待度も高くなりましたが、ラーメンとカツ丼をオーダーしたら、かなり期待以上のモノが出てきました。
ラーメンはあっさり系。ダシの味が旨くスープは麺が見える透明度。
スープも麺も旨い。
そして更にカツ丼でビックリ。
玉子とじだが、玉子は固まっているタイプで数粒グリンピースが乗っている懐かしい定食屋スタイルなカツ丼。
何にビックリしたか？って1000円以下のカツ丼にして、かなりの肉の柔らかさと美味しさ。
噛むと肉汁が出るしっとりした肉だが、噛みきるのは全然力がいらない。
肉汁とダシと玉ねぎの甘味の染みたご飯も旨い。
ちょっと他のメニューも気になるお店

Ramen is light. The soup with a delicious dashi flavor is so transparent that you can see the noodles.

And I was surprised at the katsudon.
Although it is the same as an egg, the egg is a solid type and is a nostalgic set meal style katsudon with several green peas on it.
What surprised you? It's a katsudon for less than 1000 yen, and the meat is quite tender and delicious.
It's moist meat that produces gravy when chewed, but it doesn't require any force to chew.
The sweet rice with gravy, dashi and onions is also delicious.
