★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北野天満宮から徒歩5分で到着。通称、妖怪ストリートにある「お食事処いのうえ」です。店内はカウンターとテーブルでゆっくりランチ。名物のジャンボチキンカツ定食(680円)をオーダーしましたが、揚げたて柔らか＋ボリューム満点で、がっつりと美味しい。
店主さんとお話しながら面白い時間を過ごしました。妖怪ストリートを盛り上げ、京都を愛されていらっしゃいます。コタツはんyoutube参考に来ましたが、本当に美味しかったですよ、ご馳走さまでした～
 Arrived in 5 minutes on foot from Kitano Tenmangu. It is commonly known as "Restaurant Noue" on Yokai Street. Lunch at the counter and table in the store. I ordered the famous jumbo chicken cutlet set meal (680 yen), but it is fried soft and full of volume, and it is solid and delicious.
I had an interesting time talking with the shopkeeper. You are excited about Yokai Street and love Kyoto. Kotatsu Han youtube I came to refer to it, but it was really delicious, it was a treat ~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 満足感のある880円のセットでした。提供がとっても早かったし、美味しかったです。感じのいいお母さんに、店内のメニューに描かれた少し怖いデザインのことを聞くと、学生のお客さんが店主をモチーフに描いてくれたとの事でした。
It was a satisfying set of 880 yen. The offer was very quick and it was delicious. When I asked a pleasant mother about the slightly scary design drawn on the menu inside the store, it was said that a student customer drew the store owner as a motif.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor que atiendes es muy amable y si es tu primera ves ahí puedes pedir su recomendación. El servicio es muy completo y bastante barato comparado con otros restaurantes, yo lo recomiendo a extranjeros por el hecho de tener una universidad de idiomas muy cerca, es bastante popular entre los estudiantes. Una buena comida por menos de 1000 yenes se me hace muy buena opción. Fui más o menos a las 5:30 de la tarde y estaba vacío así que no tuve que esperar.
The man you serve is very friendly and if it is your first time there you can ask for his recommendation. The service is very complete and quite cheap compared to other restaurants, I recommend it to foreigners because it has a language university very close, it is quite popular among students. A good meal for less than 1000 yen is a very good option for me. I went around 5:30pm and it was empty so I didn't have to wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一条通りの妖怪ストリートの一角にある昔ながらの食堂。学生向けのジャンボ◯◯定食は食べごたえ抜群で、以外に学生よりも工事現場の人や僧侶らも行き交う地域に愛されるお店。
ここの唐揚げは絶品ですが、ジャンボシリーズはお残し厳禁で、トッピングの目玉焼きの黄身にチョンチョンつけて食べれば幸せ～。
An old-fashioned dining room in a corner of Ichijo-dori Yokai-dori. Jumbo for students ◯◯ The set meal is excellent, and it is a shop loved by the area where people and monks from the construction site come and go rather than students.
The fried chicken here is excellent, but the jumbo series is strictly prohibited, and you will be happy if you eat it with the topping fried egg yolk.

I got a simple ramen!
The serving was quick and the soup was refreshing and delicious.
The item description and the shop owner's picture, which are typical of Yokai Street, are surreal and interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little ramen shop. We went here hoping to get the monster ramen, but they don’t make it anymore (at least right now).
The miso ramen was ok, I’d recommend one of the other ones.
The fried rice was surprisingly reallly good. Great flavor and simple. Definitely recommend getting it.

Good ramen, awesome fried chicken, tasty gyroza and fresh vegetables!
Very large menu with lots of options at very good prices, a shame I didn't get to try it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This places serves up both ramen and some other dishes. We tried the soup, the ramen and the fried fish. All of them tasted great.We had two kinds of ramen, one was fishbased and the other one was the special ramen with loads of pork and spring onions. The deep fried fish was one of the best I've ever had actually. It had great flavour and the batter was not overpowering. The owner was very welcoming and guided us through the menu.
