The locals buy quite a lot and go home, but this surely raises the tension if you get out of the bath!

H	Hiroshi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 由利本荘市にある「尾留川氷店」が今夏シーズンを迎える前に閉店してしまいました・・。「清吉そば」同様、本荘市民のソウルフードとして半世紀以上愛されてきた味だったので・・地元の皆さんもさぞかし残念に思ってることでしょう・・。これで濡れた雪玉のようなカキ氷（僕は勝手に由利本荘系と呼んでおります(^_^;)）を提供してくれるお店は、仁賀保平沢にある「よこやま」さんと此方のお店だけになってしまいました・・。僕が伺った時は、ちょうど市販用の「しぐれ」アイスを作ってる最中だったんですが、以前は見かけなかった娘さんも作業を手伝っておりました・・。６０年以上前にこの店に嫁いできたという現店主のオバチャンが「ウヂだば、娘手伝ってけるがら、もう少し続げられるど思うな」と、ちょっとはにかみながら話してくれて・・その顔を見てると僕まで嬉しくなりました・・。 The "Orugawa Ice Store" in Yurihonjo City has closed before the start of this summer season.
