★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「比内地鶏のラーメン」と「丼」どちらも全く比内地鶏の味がしませんでした。店内の貼り紙に“弾力がある”とありましたが、ただただ固いだけの小さな肉と皮です。
一番人気は「海鮮丼」、二番人気は「冷やし中華」です。
「冷やし中華」は、ワカメうどんにめんつゆがかけてあります。和風の冷やしうどんですね。冷やし中華の甘酸っぱいたれではありません。海老の唐揚げが乗っています。
お食事のサービスで、小鉢とサラダ、食後にはコーヒーがいただけます。
 Neither "Hainai chicken" nor "don" had the taste of Hinai chicken. The sticker inside the store said "elastic", but it was just a small piece of hard meat and skin.
The most popular is Kaisen-don, and the second most popular is chilled Chinese.
"Chilled Chinese food" is seaweed udon noodles. It's Japanese-style chilled udon. Not chilled Chinese sweet and sour sauce. Fried shrimp is on the board.
Dining options include small bowls and salad, and coffee after meals.

こくがあって濃厚で美味しかったです。
The soft serve ice cream is delicious.
I received the Snow Kayasha Soft Balm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雪の茅舎ソフトバウム美味しい。由利本荘市の齋彌酒造店の銘酒「雪の茅舎」の酒粕を使ってる。お店の前に小さいイートインスペースある。コーヒーフロートのソフトクリームも雪の茅舎ソフトを選べるようにして欲しい。
Yuki no Kayasha Soft Baum is delicious. We use sake lees from Yuki no Bosha, a famous sake from Saiya Sake Brewery in Yurihonjo City. There is a small eat-in space in front of the shop. I want you to be able to choose Yuki no Kayasha soft serve for coffee float soft serve.

雪の茅舎酒粕ソフトクリーム @ HANA MARCHE（ハナマルシェ・由利本荘市）
道の駅にしめにあるお店です。フォロワーの方の投稿でこのソフトクリームの存在を知りました。
同じ由利本荘市にある齋彌酒造店の日本酒「雪の茅舎」の酒粕が入ったソフトクリームです。バニラにほんのり酒粕の風味が加わっていました。
お値段は350円。大吟醸の酒粕を使用しているためか、量（巻き）は少なめでした。

Snowy Stables Soft Drinks Soft Cream @ HANA MARCHE (Hana Marche Yuri Honjo City)
It is a shop located in the roadside station. I found the existence of this soft cream on the post of the followers.
It is a soft cream containing sake lees from Sake Brewery's sake "Snow Stable" in the same Yuri Honjo city. Vanilla had a slight taste of sake lees.
The price is 350 yen. The amount (roll) was small, probably because of the use of Daiginjo sake lees.
