昔は湖水浴もあり、需要はあったんでしょうけど、今となってはですね。
その昔は、シーズンにはグリーン車付きまでが停車していたんですけどね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 猪苗代湖の湖水浴場として有名な志田浜のすぐ側に設置されてる臨時駅だが、どういう訳かこの10年近くは列車が停まった事がない。
湖水浴客のために設置されたんだから、夏休み期間ぐらいは停車させろよ。
JR東日本は何をやってんのか(-_-;)

猪苗代駅の料金表には、印紙されてました。（ガムテープで隠されている）
I confirmed it from the national highway side, but it became a bush.

駅自体も入口の女神像以外は何も無い。
上戸駅から徒歩で猪苗代湖畔駅まで歩いて、その後は関都駅まで歩きました。
