★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バセドウ病で通っています。まず場所が行きやすいと思う。最初に採血して、結果待ちの１時間は外出ＯＫなので買い物で時間つぶします。
先生の第一印象はちょっとこわそうと思ったけど、通ってるうちに笑う時もあるし、度々『何か質問ありますか？』って聞いてくれるし、わかりやすく、聞きやすく話す先生です。受付の方もとくに問題ないけどなぁ

I thought the teacher's first impression was a little awkward, but sometimes I laughed while I was attending. ”Is a teacher who speaks easily and intelligibly. The receptionist has no problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応は以前から少し無愛想で冷たいと感じるところもありましたが、そこまで気にせず通っていました。
旅先で具合が悪くなり(たぶん薬の副作用)電話したところ、先生の対応がとても冷たく、不愉快なものでした。
全く患者の気持ちに寄り添おうという態度ではなく、電話したところで、何もアドバイスは貰えなかったです。
どうして、上から目線の医者がいるのか疑問です。言い方や態度というのはとても大事だと改めて思わされました。

It was not an attitude to stay in touch with the patient's feelings at all, but when I called, no advice was given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別の患者さんの診察順に間違えて診察室に呼ばれたことがあります。
話をしていたら噛み合わず、不思議に思ってカルテ画面を見たら違う方のお名前で、私の番ではないことに自分で気づきました。
間違えて呼んだ事務からは謝罪の言葉もなく、いつも混んでいるとはいえ、失礼致しましたの一言も言えないのか、とがっかりしました。
それからは薬を貰うだけの目的で、特に経過を話したり相談もしてないです。
診察中は椅子にもたれて、だらっとした印象です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミでは良くない面が書かれていますが、行ってみたら素敵な病院でした。
受付の方の対応は丁寧で、先生も優しかったです。
あと、初診の方は顔写真を撮るみたいです。どうでもいい格好してなくて良かった...！！と思いましたw
院内はやや狭いですが、明るくて落ち着きます。患者さんは多いですがとても静かです。
キッズスペースもあるので、お子様連れの方も安心だと思いました。

駅近くで通いやすいのもありがたいです。
受付の１人の方、聞いていられない程患者さんに冷たく接しているのを見ました。
予約しないできてしまった患者さんに、今日はどうしてきたんですか？かなり待ちますよ。皆さん予約して来ているんで。あからさまに声のトーンも低くなり怖い雰囲気に。
あと診察券などの受け取りや返却を片手で行っていている人を初めて見ました。だいぶ怖い雰囲気出ています。このような対応を院長が見たらびっくりするのでは？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 完全予約制ですが、先生が親身になって話を聞いて、不安や疑問に丁寧に答えてくれるのでなかなかの混雑です。
初見では冷たい先生と感じる方もいるかもですが、相性もあります。私は県内ですが開業される前から診ていただいていたので、遠方ですが通っています。
受付の方も親切丁寧な方や残念ながらあまりそうでもない方もいます。
女性の先生もいらっしゃいますが、曜日によりますので希望されるのであれば一度確認してから予約されると良いかと思います。

採血で血の気が引いて倒れやすく、今回は採血前に横にならせてもらい始めました。また血管が細く、看護師さんによっては何度も刺されることがあります。こちらの医院で担当してくださった方は一度で採血して下さり、痛みも全くなくてとてもスピーディーでした。体調を気遣ってくださいながら的確に対応いただきとても感謝しております?安心いたしました。
エコー検査の技師さんも丁寧できちんと声がけしながら対応して下さいました。
ドクターも優しく、お話のしやすい方で来て良かったなという気持ちで帰宅いたしました。
予約が1ヶ月先程になるのも分かります。また次検査に伺った際には、どうぞ宜しくお願いいたします。今日はありがとうございました?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はもう、この病院には行きません。医者の対応が冷たすぎます。病気の症状は人それぞれで、経過が順調なときには、3分診療でも問題ないと思いますが、調子が悪くて心配なときに、親身になって聞いてくれる先生ではないとがっかりしました。また予約制にも関わらず、日によって、医者1人に対し患者数が多すぎる時があり、ますます診察は流れ作業的になっています。もっと親身になって診てくれる病院に通っています。また他の方も書かれていますが、以前に本当に優しくない受付の女性がいました。今でも顔をウッスラ覚えてるくらい失礼な対応をされました。
看護師のかたは皆さん丁寧で親切ですね。
先に投稿された、豆ちよさん旅先で大変でしたね。困ったときほど人の優しさってありがたいものですが、その反対だったんですね。
仙台には患者のことを考えてくれて丁寧に診察してくださる良い病院があるんですよ。
そちらの先生にはたいへん感謝しています。

I go to a hospital where I can see you more closely. Also, as others have written, there used to be a woman at the reception who wasn't really kind. Even now, I was so rude that I remember Ussla's face.
The nurses are all polite and kind.
Mamechiyo-san, who was posted earlier, had a hard time traveling. I'm grateful for the kindness of people as much as when I was in trouble, but the opposite was true.
There is a good hospital in Sendai that thinks about patients and gives them a careful examination.
I am very grateful to that teacher.
