珍	珍獣 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 稲毛に昔からある町中華の名店。ということで気になっていたのですが、いつ見ても満席なことと喫煙可能店ということで、訪問できずにいました。最近、禁煙になったようだという口コミを目にし、また、たまたま11時の開店直後に前を通ると客がひとりも入っていなかったため、えいやと飛びこんでみました。麺類よりチャーハン等炒め物系の評判が良いようだったので、チャーハンをたのんでみることに。すると、なるほどこれは素晴らしいチャーハンでした。米粒はしっかりほぐれているのに、適度にしっとり感も残っている……。ひたすら強火で炒めまくって、パラパラを通り越してバッサバサにしてくるお店も多いですが、個人的にはこのくらいのしっとり感を残しておいてくれる方が好きです。食べやすいし。ボリュームもかなりのもので、米１合分くらいはあったのではないかと思います。付いてくるスープは、よくあるラーメンの麺抜きみたいな醤油スープではなく、ふんわりとした白色の卵スープで、薄めのいいお味。このチャーハンとスープだけで、ご主人のたしかな腕前がわかります。次はぜひ、評判の餃子もいただきたいですね。ご馳走様でした。 A famous Chinese restaurant in Inage that has been around for a long time.
