★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their style is low temperature frying, so the tonkatsu is a bit light in color and the meat are medium rare, unfortunately their tonkatsu are not that remarkable.
I would, however, recommend trying their sasami katsu (chicken tenderloin) since their frying technique really brings out the best out of chicken meat (which tend to get dry) resulting in very juicy and delicious chicken katsu.
They have other branches too, this one in Ginza is close to Kabukiza so I went here for lunch after watching a kabuki play.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to pass but don’t miss it. Go early lunch so your there before the businessman rush. The waiting area is two small chairs inside the door if not line up on the concrete stairs going down to door. The tonkatsu is juicy!!! They have pork fillet, pork loin, pork minced, chicken sets with rice and miso soup! Don’t forget the cabbage salad to start! The salad dressing is on the table is roasted sesame and the other big container on table is the tonkatsu sauce while the small one is salt.

I don’t know how they’re able to make the chicken so tender. It barely requires any chewing as it’s so soft. The pork bursts with flavor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly tender pork tenderloin katsu. Meltingly soft, and juicier than any cutlet katsu you'll ever find.
Menu explains they fry at a lower temperature than normal, for longer - so the crust is lighter, but ends up being just as crunchy but with moister meat. Given the results, I certainly can't argue!
Definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Holy smokes! I didn’t know that chicken Sasami could melt in your mouth like this!!! The sets come with all you can eat thinly sliced cabbage. Because they slice it so thin, it has such an amazing texture! Perfect to cut down the grease of fried food(even though it wasn’t really greasy to begin with anyways)
