マップでこちらの古墳を発見し散策に伺いましたが、奈良カントリークラブ敷地内にある為、アプローチできませんでした。会員になる財力もないので、諦めました。無理っ！（笑）

I found this tumulus on the map and went for a walk, but I couldn't approach it because it is on the premises of the Nara Country Club. I gave up because I didn't have the financial resources to become a member. I can't! (Lol)

北宇智古墳群最西部の方墳で、西山古墳(五條市三在町長曽)、つじの山古墳(五條市近内町)とほぼ同一規格で作られている。あの蒙古鉢型の兜等が出土した西河内町五條猫塚古墳は谷と丘一つ越えた場所に位置し、この古墳北側の川沿いに明日香村川原寺(弘福寺、斉明天皇菩提寺)の瓦や磚等焼成した荒坂瓦窯群がある。どうもこの古墳と大墓古墳は混同されており、東京国立博物館にある大墓古墳出土遺物は本来この古墳出土品で、青墓を大墓と聞きとった可能性が高い。現在大墓と呼ばれる古墳は10m位の多分円墳で、あのような環状銅製品、恐らく日本最古の馬具、が出る古墳とは思えず、この青墓古墳出土と考えるべきだろう。考古学・日本古代史研究者であれば、五條市文化財課通してなら、クラブハウス横で、プレイの邪魔にはならないので、根回しキチンとすれば外観の見学は不可能ではないと思う。ただ見上げるのみで、寧ろつじの山や西山を見学する方が面白いとは思うが。

It is the westernmost burial mound in the Kita-Uchi burial mound group, and is made to almost the same standards as the Nishiyama burial mound (Sanzaicho, Gojo City) and the Tsujiyama burial mound (Chikauchicho, Gojo City). The Gojo Nekozuka Tumulus in Nishikawachi-cho, where the Mongolian pot-shaped helmets were excavated, is located across a valley and a hill. There is a group of Arasaka tile kilns that have been fired such as tiles and rocks. Apparently, this burial mound and the large grave burial mound are confused, and it is highly possible that the remains of the large grave burial mound in the Tokyo National Museum were originally excavated from this burial mound, and that the blue grave was called the large grave. The old burial mound, which is now called the Great Tomb, is probably a circular burial mound of about 10m, and I don't think it is an old burial mound that has such a ring-shaped copper product, probably the oldest harness in Japan. If you are an archeology / ancient Japanese history researcher, if you go through the Gojo City Cultural Properties Division, it will not interfere with your play next to the clubhouse, so I think it is not impossible to see the exterior if you use Nemawashi. I think it would be more interesting to visit Mt. Nerotsuji and Mt. Nishi just by looking up.
