★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前TELで予約いっぱいだから待ち時間が長くなると聞いていたけれど、待ち時間がとにかく長くて、3～4時間は待ちます。
待ち時間中に外に出れるという話だったけれど出られず……遅いというクレームをその日5人は言うのを目撃しました。駐車券はもらえるけれど1時間800円なのでドキドキします。
先生は柔らかい物腰で、検査結果を丁寧に紐解き教えてくれて、たいした病気じゃないことを分かりやすく説明してもらえたので安心しました。
待ち時間だけがネックですね……。

I was told that I could go out during the waiting time, but I couldn't ... I witnessed five people complaining that it was late that day. You can get a parking ticket, but it's 800 yen per hour, so I'm thrilled.
I was relieved that the teacher had a soft demeanor and carefully unraveled the test results and explained that it was not a major illness in an easy-to-understand manner.
Waiting time is the only bottleneck ...

結果もその日に分かりやすく説明していただき、不安も解消されました。また利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃カメラを楽に受ける事が出来ました。診察までは待ちましたが、患者さんが多く忙しそうなのに、事務の方や看護師さんが、寒くないかなど、声をかけてくれたり、他の患者さんにも丁寧に対応していたのが好印象でした。
