あ	あぶらげ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件を探す際は親切ですが、いざ物件を決めてからは全く連絡が来なくなりました。契約書のコピーを送って欲しいと再三連絡しても2週間以上放置。入居日を何度も問い合わせてもはぐらかすばかりでいつ頃確定するかも教えてくれず。最終的に、提案を受けて契約・入居予定だった物件は、こちらが事前に担当者に伝えていた契約出来ない条件の物件であることが引っ越し予定日1週間前に判明。急遽違う物件を探す羽目になり大変迷惑を被りました。それに関してお詫びも言葉もなく言い訳ばかり、すぐに新しい物件を提案しますといいつつその後連絡は来ませんでした。でかいことを言う、無駄に自信ありげ、馴れ馴れしい、不動産業界のルール違反をお客様のためだからこっそりしますなどと言う不誠実な営業マンは信用ならないと勉強になりました。あと客の目の前で部下を叱る、なかなか物件を決めきれない客に対してイライラした態度をとる点も気になりました。ここの不動産屋曰く、東京は関西と違いどこの不動産会社に行っても紹介される物件は変わらないそうなのでここを選ぶ必要もないと思います。総じて利用するに値しない不動産会社だと思います。 It's kind to look for a property, but once I decided on a property, I didn't get any contact at all. I learned that dishonest salespeople who say big things, are uselessly confident, familiar, and sneak in because they violate the rules of the real estate industry are unreliable. Also, I was worried about the fact that I scolded my subordinates in front of customers and took a frustrated attitude toward customers who could not easily decide on a property. According to the real estate agent here, unlike Kansai, the properties introduced in Tokyo do not change no matter where you go to the real estate company, so I don't think you need to choose here. I think it's a real estate company that isn't worth using as a whole.
