★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客さんに寄り添う気持ちを感じない、営業マンは感じが良かったのにシステムの人と打ち合わせすると全く噛み合わない。こちらの要望は無視され、淡々と中身の薄い仕事でフィードバックもなし、あまりにもひどいので解約を申し出ても途中解約はできないと契約書に書いてあるとそれも拒否、その後の相談、打ち合わせしていただいた方は親身に相談していただき、まだ良かったです。部署によって考え方が一致していないのかな？と感じます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的に顧客目線での対応は一切なく、契約後のアフターフォローは最悪です。組織としての管理体制に不信感しかありませんでした。恐らく高評価も低評価の多さから分かるようにサクラコメントかと。

今回予算が少なく、さらに初めての動画広告で効果が疑心暗鬼でしたが結果過去の広告と比較して低いCPAでの運用結果になり満足しております。
不満に感じることも正直に言います。。
契約時に期待するハードルがかなり高かったので
少し物足りなさを感じました。
ただ、冷静に費用に対してサービスの質を考えると
過去の外注先より柔軟に対応していただいたので、いい意味で
サービス内容が定型化されていないのかと。
