★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 担当して下さった店員さんがマスクとアクリル板越しなのにボソボソとお話しされるのでお声が大変聞き取りにくかったです。また、肌診断の結果についても数値を読み上げるだけで詳細説明などはなく、「この商品が合っていると思います」と言われました。よくわからないままとりあえず購入に至ったのですが、使用順番なども私が質問するまでは教えて頂けませんでした。イプサってこんな感じなんですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数日前に目元のクマがひどく、コンシーラーを見にイプサへ行きました。その時担当してくださった方は普通に感じが良く、下地などのサンプルを頂いて帰りました。
本日、18時半頃に下地を買いに行くと、違う方が対応して下さいました。
ファンデーションも見てみたいと伝えると、お顔の一部分を落としてもらいますが大丈夫ですか？とのこと。
ファンデーションを落としたり、拭いたり、新しくファンデーションを塗ってくれたりするのですが、非常に強い力で肌を擦る、押す、ゴシゴシという感じです。今ちょっとひりひりするくらいです、、笑
言葉遣いもトゲがあり、正しいことを言っているのでしょうが、もう少し相手を気遣った言い方があるんじゃないかなと思ってしまう対応でした。新入社員研修を受けているような気持ちになりました…。お客さんなのに。
