つ	つきこい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2017年4月23日(日)老舗のうどん店「ゑびす庵」が6年ぶりに飯舘村の元の場所で営業を再開したとの情報を元に、復興支援ということで早速車で行ってみることに。前回は一番人気の五目うどん。そして今回は、二番人気の肉うどんを注文しました。うどんはコシがあり、とても美味しくいただきました。因みに、珈琲は『ご自由に…』と言うことで、サービスのようでした。お昼にはご近所の方なのか、前回今回とも家族連れでにぎわっていました。何だかホッとするお店でした。ありがとうございます！ April 23, 2017 (Sun) Based on the information that the long-established udon shop "Ebisu-an" has resumed operations at the original location in Iitate village for the first time in 6 years, we went by car immediately for reconstruction support. 渡	渡辺一雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5年ぶりにえびす庵のうどんをいただきました。五目うどんを食べました。野菜と豚肉を炒めた具をのせたうどんは、コクのあるつゆになって、とても美味しくいただけました。 I had Ebisu-an udon for the first time in 5 years. I ate Gomoku Udon. The udon noodles topped with stir-fried vegetables and pork became a rich soup and was very delicious.
S	Seiichi Aikawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 再訪しました！今回は一押しの五目うどん！食べました！ウマーーイ。今度はこれだけ食べに通いたいです。 -----以前の投稿----- 日曜日のお昼に行きました。先客が五組ほど居ましたので、順番待ちをするために記帳しようとしたら待っている方に並んだ順だと言われて、小雨が降っていたので私が待ち、連れは車で待ってもらいました。順番が来て中に案内されて厨房の方を見ると順番待ち用の紙があったので平日は記帳するのかも知れません。五目うどんとカツ丼を注文。茹でるのに時間が掛かるのか20分ほど待ちました。五目うどんは濃いめの出汁に野菜炒めのような具が結構乗っておりボリューミー！味もすいとんのような麺に絡んで美味しい！多分美味しくないという方は丸亀のような麺を期待するとボソボソとしていて団子のようだと思うかも知れませんが、田舎のうどんを思い出し良かったです。それに比べカツ丼は薄口で衣もダマになっており、紅生姜も多いためバランスが悪くお勧めできません。付属のうどんが美味しかったのでまだ良かったが、付いていなかったらもう、来ないと思うほど。うどんが美味しかったので、次はうどんを食べるぞとまた来ようと思える作戦なのかも。食後のコーヒーも飲めて良いのですが、コーヒーサーバーが靴を脱いで座敷に上がらないと飲めないのは、ブーツや長靴、革靴などの人は嫌がるでしょう。ただ、ここの個性的な明るいおばちゃんに会いに行くだけでも元気になるかも！ I visited again! 安	安倍正明 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日11時10分入店！入口入って正面の券売機で食券を購入して着席。食券を回収しにスタッフが麦茶入口グラスを持って来る。テーブルのピッチャーは真水。15分程度でぶつは来た！具だくさんトン丼はバラ肉の為、脂強めだが美味しくもたれない！ご飯の量多めなので小うどんと合わせるとお腹いっぱい！讃岐人なので、うどんは避けて来たけど、ここのうどんは、讃岐うどんとかけ離れている。しかし、幼少の頃実家で打っていたうどんを思い出す食感、出汁も美味しい！地方によってうどん文化の違いは感じられるが、旨い逸品！ Entered at 11:10 on Sunday!
