★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外部から見て、歴代の事務局長が不適格者ばかりの印象です。その１、飯舘村役場でも使えない人間のポストになっている。その２、福祉の知識が無いのに頑固で人の話を全く聞かないような人間が横滑りで着任する。このように人事に至って公正さなど全くありません。また、あくまでも噂ですが職業安定法施行規則第4条違反を行っているようです。
一方、訪問などで表へ出てくるのは非正規職員です。賃金も安いです。
