辛味噌ラーメン?食べましたが、前よりもかなり味が落ちてて残念でした。
前は出前取ったり、週に2回は来てましたが、もう全然別物だと残念に思いました。
米沢と東根はまだ美味しいと思いました。

辛味噌なしでも濃厚で深みのあるスープ。
赤湯産唐辛子の辛味噌がたっぷり❗️
辛味噌を全部とぐと一気に味変‼️
辛さと旨味が口の中に広がります(^｡^)
柔らかチャーシュー。
シャキッとした食感のあるメンマ。
ナルト。ネギのトッピング。
麺は手打ちの縮れで、モチっと感アリ?
スープとよくマッチしてますね！
赤湯ラーメン（醤油味）730円
鶏ガラを中心に肉、魚介をふんだんに
使ったスープとのこと。
コクと旨味がしっかりとした醤油ラーメン。
さすがは山形を代表するお店。
美味しかったです(^-^)

定期的に食べたくなる味です(笑)
スープにコクがあって太い麺と相性抜群です。
真ん中に乗っている辛味噌を溶かすと
さらに美味しさが増します。
辛いのはそこまで得意ではないのですが、
このラーメンだけはいつも全部辛味噌を
溶かして食べています(^^)
体の芯から温まるので寒い日は
特に食べたくなります！
