r	replicantism on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乳腺外来を受けました。担当をしてくださった女医さんは、４０～５０代位の方で、とても丁寧にエコー検査をしていただきました。看護士の方の対応は特に素晴らしく、検査を受けている間も痛くないかとか体勢のことを気遣ってくださり、安心して受けることができました。また、受付の方も丁寧に対応していただきました。過去に別の婦人科で受診したとき、女医さんで怖い（性格的に）思いをしたので、他のコメントを見て婦人科はやめようかなと思います。 I received an outpatient mammary gland. 2	286 jswsc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健康診断で利用しました。予約の電話が全然繋がらない！いくら時間を置いてかけ直しても音声、日を改めて繋がったと思ったら担当者が休みとかで、3日目くらいでやっと予約取れました。実際健診に行った日、あまりに電話が繋がらないから直接予約しに来たと言う人が受付でやりとりしていたのですが、電話でないと予約できないと断られていました。しかも、今日は担当者休みだとか、明日は午後から来るはずだから電話してみてとか言ってる… 普通は診療時間=電話受付時間と思って電話しますよね。そんな不定期に働いてる担当者のいる時間にしか受付してない、たかだか予約を担当者以外対応できない、って受付窓口としてあんまりでは。健診自体は可もなく不可もなく、特に問題なくスムーズでしたが、全体的に対応が雑でデリカシー低め。内診のあと、着替えてる時(私パンツ姿！)カーテンの中に入って来て普通に説明されました。びっくりしてフリーズしたら「着替えながらでいいですよ」って、いや、そうじゃなくて… あとは、ちゃんと検査しっかり見てくれてればまあそれが一番なんですが。 I used it for a health check. う	うに on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日に行った時の先生は良かったが、他の人もコメントしているように本当に電話が全然繋がらない。ひどい。仕方がないので、メールで予約の希望を伝えたら、｢2回目以降はメールでの予約でも可能です。｣と返ってきた。これだけ電話が繋がらないならば予めそういうアナウンスをしておくべきだと思う。電話が繋がらない件もメールに書き添えた際、｢検討いたします。｣と回答はあったが、別日に再び電話連絡した際、やっぱり全然繋がらず全く改善されていないのだろうなと思った。こんなに予約に苦労するならば先生は良いが病院変えたい。 2021年6月20日追記以前は全然電話が繋がらなかったが、ここ暫くの間にスムーズに繋がるようになったと思うので☆1つから☆3つへ変更。知らない間に医院名も変わっているが、医院内に変化はないのでひと安心。 The teacher was good when I went on weekdays, but as others have commented, the phone doesn't really connect at all.
