★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜の都筑区にあるクリニックさんです。最寄駅はセンター北駅になります。こちらでは医療脱毛もやっていて、VIOでお世話になりましたが思ったより痛みも少なくて施術が楽でした。効果もあり快適になったのでお願いして良かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初心は予約が出来るという事で予約してその時間に行きましたが、「予約時間に意味はない」と言われ、1時間以上待ちました。じゃ、ここで選択する「時間」とはなにか？というところです。。サイトの書きぶりは誤解というか、そもそも違うようなので文言を変えた方が良いと思います。
朝早く行くなど、時間帯を間違えると1時間は余裕で待たされるので要注意ですが、親切ですし、きちんとこちらの質問にも答えてくれるので良い病院と思います。また、受付の方を悪く書かれてる方が多数いますが、人間同士なので相性の問題だと思います。

あの受付の方たちはいったいどういうつもりであの場所に立っているのか一度聞いてみたい。
仕事ですよね？
直接でもかなりの感じの悪さですが、これが電話となると更にひどく、人としてどうかと思うレベルの物言いで、最終的にはガチャ切りに近い感じであちらから電話を切られます。
唖然としました。
受付全とっかえすればいいのに。。って心の底から思っています。
院長先生と看護師さんたちがやさしく感じが良いだけに、受付の感じの悪さが際立ちます。
仕事なんだからもう少しちゃんとしましょうよ。

医療脱毛もお試し価格で施術して頂きました。これから夏に向けてお手入れしていきたいので、ネットからの予約が出来るとありがたいです。ご検討よろしくお願いします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 支払い金額を間違われて、指摘したら3分の1になりました。電話で事前に確認していた金額とあまりにも違ったので今回は指摘できましたが、今までの診察での支払いも合っていたのか不安になります。
今後は何にいくらかかっていて、何が保険適用で何が適用でないのか、できるだけ事前に説明、請求時にも説明して欲しいです。今まできちんと確認していなかった私も悪いですが、今までは高いと感じても信用して言われたまま払っていました。都度確認して納得して支払っておくべきでした。
先生は忙しそうですが、診察時に質問すれば優しく答えてくださいますし、看護師さんに不安な点を聞くととても丁寧に説明してもらえていたので満足していましたが、本件で病院として少し不信感をいだいてしまいました。残念です。
人間なので間違いもあるかと思いますが、今後はきちんと料金について説明して欲しいと伝えた際の返答も、誠意ある対応とは感じられませんでした。
改善をお願いしたいです。

院長さんがとても優しく、
今までの婦人科で1番感じがよかったです。
嫌な威圧感などが全くなく、
相談もしやすいとても良いクリニックです。
他の所で検査をして気がついたことですが、
検査も丁寧で乱雑ではなく、痛みを感じにくく、
不安になるべくさせないようにしていただいてたんだなと思いました。
引越しをしたため通えなくなりましたが、
また通いたいクリニックです！

休日診察料が高いので
クチコミがよかったこちらの病院に通い始めました。
混んでいても診察の時に
不安なことや心配なことがないかいつも親切に聞いてくださり、且つきちんとアドバイスもしてくださります。
不妊治療で通うのも精神的に来てましたが、病院に行った後の安心感は、他の病院で感じたことのないものです。
また診察の案内時に、顔色や歩き方で看護師さんが体調悪いのに気づいてくれ保冷剤とタオルを渡してくださいました。
出産に不安はつきもので、一度流産を経験してるせいか診察前に緊張のあまり体調が悪くなってしまって...
夏にようやく初の出産を迎えますが、ギリギリまでここでお世話になりたいと思います！！！
