5	5 deepones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客の都合より自分の都合。飛び込みで依頼をしたが予約とすでに依頼されたものでいっぱいなためxx時以降にの作業になると言われました。これ自体は仕方のないことですし、予約をしなかった自分にも落ち度があるので特に文句はありません。ただ今作業することができないのは仕方がないので、受付けをしていただき再度その指定の時間以降に受け取りをしたい旨を伝えたところ今は忙しいからと受付け自体を拒否。予約の空きを確認して出直して来て欲しいしとこちらの移動の手間、待ち時間だけを一方的に増やされる提案をされて不快だった。その場で受付け自体もしないなら完全予約制にでもしたらどうだろうか？ My convenience rather than the customer's convenience.
