村	村山眞寿雄 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新築後４年、アフターケアもしっかりしています。備え付けの引き出しが引っかかって・・・なんていう小さな不具合にも迅速に対応してくれます。それに比べて、隣家は違う業者で建てましたが、玄関ドアのトラブル修復を依頼したのに半年経っても来てくれない、なんて嘆いているのとは大違いです（笑）そもそも、私は地元出身ながら、長年、遠隔地で過ごしたため地元の業者はどこがいいのか全く情報がありませんでした。で、当時住んでいた賃貸住宅の家主でもあったＪＡを通じて「新発田で信頼のおける建築業者を（ＪＡつながりで）調べて教えてくれないか」とお願いし、新和建設を紹介されました。そして、最初に提示された見積額は、最終入居時、１円も違わなかったことは、２軒目となる自宅新築の経験からも驚きでした。さらに、建築中は、棟上式で一度だけ現地に来ただけで、あとは全て担当者とメール・電話での調整だったため、入居時、自宅を初めて見た時に感激しました。現在でも新和建設の方々には、公私ともにとても信頼しています。将来もしもう一軒、家を建てるとしたら・・・やっぱりお願いするかな（笑） 4 years after the new construction, aftercare is also solid.
