今回、掃除機購入のために訪問させて頂きました。平田さんは店外に出られていましたが、担当して頂いた羽田さんは素人でも分かりやすく説明して下さり、安心して購入が出来ました。対応が本当に丁寧だったので、携帯も古く、料金プランも昔のままだったので相談した所、新たに担当して頂いた安藤さん、伊藤さんもとても親身になってくれるお二人でした。私達夫婦の話を良く聞いてくれ、最適なプランを提供してくれました。土曜日という来店者が多い中で、ここまで懇切丁寧な接客をして頂いて感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
新しい掃除機と携帯電話、そして素敵な従業員の方々のおかげで素敵な一日を過ごす事が出来ました。

This time, I visited to purchase a vacuum cleaner. Mr. Hirata was out of the store, but Mr. Haneda, who was in charge of it, explained it in an easy-to-understand manner even for amateurs, and I was able to purchase with confidence. The correspondence was really polite, so the mobile phone was old and the price plan was the same as before, so when I consulted, Mr. Ando and Mr. Ito who were in charge of it were also very friendly. He listened to us and the couple and provided us with the best plan. With so many visitors on Saturdays, I am very grateful for the polite and courteous customer service.
I had a wonderful day thanks to the new vacuum cleaner, mobile phone and wonderful employees.
