★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年引っ越しに伴い、お風呂が使えなくなった時に銭湯を探していた時に出会ったのが一の湯、最初はうちからも近いという理由で行ってみることに。
一の湯で使っているお水は軟水、髪がサラサラ且つ髪がまとまりやすくなってびっくり！
うちでは家中の水はオール浄水にしていますが、ここまで髪質がよくならない気がします。
玄関〜浴場まで申し分なくきれい、それ以外に番台の女将さんも優しい感じの方なので、そりゃあリピートしたくなるよねと。
引っ越ししたのを機に遠くなってしまいましたが、一の湯はまた足を運びたくなる銭湯でした。
中野区は銭湯が充実しているように思います。

The water used in Ichinoyu is soft water, and I am surprised that the hair is smooth and easy to get together!
We use all purified water in our house, but I don't think the hair quality has improved so much.
From the entrance to the bathhouse, it's perfectly clean, and besides that, the landlady is also kind, so you'll want to repeat it.
I moved away, but Ichinoyu was a public bath that made me want to visit again.
I think Nakano Ward has a lot of public baths.

タオルだけでなく、メイク落としや、洗顔、パック、シャンプー、スキンケアなどが無料で借りれます。
岩盤泉やミストサウナはありますが、ジェットバスは一つだけなので、混んでると使いにくいかもしれません。
水風呂がなく、またお湯の温度の調整は不便です。
全体的にコスパは悪くないと思います。

岩盤泉あるのも嬉しい。が湯温が熱く、岩盤泉の効果を感じる前に出てしまうので残念。
貸タオル2枚まで無料、ペットボトル飲料100円は嬉しい！庶民的で良かった。
Free sauna is nice! I don't usually go to the sauna, but I took a bath in the sauna for the first time in a while.
It is also nice to have a bedrock spring. However, it is a pity that the water temperature is hot and it comes out before you can feel the effect of the bedrock spring.
Free up to 2 towels for rent, 100 yen for PET bottle drinks is nice! It was good that it was commonplace.

Open-air bath. If you want to take a public bath at the end of the day, I recommend here. It takes 3min by walk from North exit of Numabukuro sta. So I recommend to use this public bath from Seibu-Shinjuku line Numabukuro station at the end of the day. 10min by walk from the house. It takes 10min by walk from Numabukuro station to the house too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sento experience every time. Clean and plenty of space. Indoor tub, outdoor tub, sauna, and a lot of shower spots. WiFi and reasonably priced drink refreshments. Staff is also super kind. Friendly toward non-Japanese guests.
