お酒もそこそこ種類があって嬉しいし、なによりフードメニューがどれもおいしい。
トマトのアンチョビ風味がシンプルで美味しくておすすめ。
あと、フィッシュ＆チップスをつまみに海外ビールを飲むのが最高。
穏やかな雰囲気で、静かに飲んでいるお客さんが多いので、仕事帰りに一杯飲んでまったりしたいときにGood。

ハイボールを飲みながらアテとして「ローストビーフ」と「チリビーンズ」を。
どちらも美味しくてお酒が進みますね。マスターと地元の話題で盛り上がりました～?
第4回となる「沼袋親交会ゼミナール」の「自宅で出来るおいしいハイボールの作り方講座」に参加してきました。
講師はPUB Keimの奥様。ちょっとした工夫で、自宅でも美味しいハイボールを作れるとのこと。ポイントとして氷は大きめで丸く、溶けにくいこと。出来れば冷凍庫でより冷やすのがベストのようです。ソーダも冷やしてグラスにゆっくり注ぎ、ステアも軽く氷を上下するだけ。
なるほど、確かにこれでお店で頂くハイボールに近くなりました。バーボンウイスキーでも自作させてもらい、とても勉強になりました。

The instructor is PUB Keim's wife. With a little ingenuity, you can make delicious highballs at home. The point is that the ice is large and round, and it is hard to melt. It seems best to cool it in the freezer if possible. Cool the soda and pour it slowly into a glass, and lightly steer the ice.
Indeed, this is certainly closer to the highball you get at the store. I also made my own bourbon whiskey, which was a great learning experience.

旦那さんと奥さんで経営されていて、そっと話しかけてくれる微妙な距離の取り方も心地よいお店でした。
