★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 縮毛矯正（カット込み）を指名で予約。しかし、指名した人はカットの時しか担当してくれなかった。（カットはする気がなかったので結局その人は何もせず。）肝心の縮毛矯正は下手くそな若い子が担当。
指名した人はお店の中では腕がいいと思うし、人気のある方なのはわかるけど、一人で何人も担当しすぎ。無理なら予約できないようにすべきでは。
たまたまお店が暇な時に行ったら、指名した人に全工程を担当してもらったこともあるけど、いつ暇なのかわからない。
料金は高くないけど、下手くそな人にやられるのは嫌。
Book hair straightening (including cut) by appointment. However, the nominated person was in charge only at the time of cutting. (I didn't want to cut it, so he didn't do anything after all.) The essential hair straightening is done by a poor young child.
I think the nominated person is good at the store, and I know that he is a popular person, but he is in charge of too many people alone. If it is impossible, you should not be able to make a reservation.
When I happened to go to the store when I was free, I had the nominated person take charge of the whole process, but I don't know when I was free.
It's not expensive, but I don't like being killed by bad guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行き、縮毛矯正しました。パーマもかける予定でしたが、髪が傷んでおり、アドバイスを頂いて今回は縮毛矯正のみにしました。月曜日だったので他のお客様も少なく、ドライヤーは二人でかけたり、アドバイス等も丁寧でした。仕上がりもとてもキレイに仕上がり大変満足しました。帰りにトリートメントのサンプルも頂きました。

Since it was Monday, there were few other customers, and the hair dryer was used by two people, and the advice was polite. The finish was very beautiful and I was very satisfied. I also got a sample of the treatment on my way home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行かなくなって2年くらいになりますが、10年以上常連でした。女性の美容師さんに失礼なことを言われて行くのを辞めました。
もう行くの嫌になって家の近くで新しいとこ探したらそっちの方値段もそこまで変わらないし、何よりカットの腕が全然いい！
もう二度と行きません！10年間もったいなかったな。
あの後すぐ妊娠して今は子供もいて忙しくなったし、行かないことにして大正解！
値段は安い方だけど、特にカットの腕がイマイチだと思います。教科書とおりのカットしかしてくれないって感じです。
