先生が事務的な対応で、患者のことを考えてくれてる感は全くなかった。 正直、かなり嫌な思いをさせられた。

受付の方やスタッフの方は普通なのですが、肝心の先生がありえない。話が通じない上に患者のことをしっかり考えている感じは微塵も感じない。話し方や言葉選びも、相手をイライラさせるようなもの。よく成り立っているなあと感じた。

以前腕が痛く通ったが全くよくならず別の病院へ変更。そしたら全く診断が違って…。本当に病院を変えて良かった。 子どもも連れていったことがあるけど受付の人も感じが悪い。先生も感じが悪い。なのになぜ混むのか。不思議すぎる。

この病院でリハビリするなら絶対整骨院とかに行った方が効果あると思う。 先生はかなり適当だし。 見下してる感じのイラつく先生でした。 整骨院行きたいんですが、、と相談したら「あちらは民間なので効果あるか分かりませんね、勝手にどうぞ」って。 患者の為に治療するってより、私利私欲の為に治療するって感が否めない。 今まで色々な病院行きましたが、最低ランクの医者です。 今回の治療が終わったら二度と行きません。

受付のお姉さんが無愛想…って言うか怖い。リハビリに行って、受付に診察券を出した時に診察もある事をすっかり忘れていて、帰りに診察があった事を思い出して伝えたら『診察がある時は受付の時点でちゃんと言って下さい!!』と強い口調で怒られた。忘れてたこっちが悪いから『すみません、やっぱり今日は診察しなくて良いです。来週リハビリに来た時に診察を受けます』と速攻で断ったら別のお姉さんが『大丈夫ですよ~』と言ってくれてすぐに診察に呼ばれたけど、あれ以来気分が悪くてリハビリも続けて通う気がしない。

以前股関節が痛くて通院してましたが、混んでるし先生は無愛想で患者の話しを聞いて頂ける雰囲気はないです。1時間以上待たせられて病院の診療終了時間内に終わりそうもないと判断したらしく今日はリハビリだけにして下さいと言われて帰って来た事もありました。最初からそう言ってもらった方が良かったです。何故この病院がこんなに混んでるのか分かりません。 当時の受け付けの方々は親切で対応が良かった分救われました。

医療機関としては有り得ない管理体制です。リハビリのメニューを数回とばされ、再三苦情言うが改善されない!先生は患者の話しは聞き入れない事務的な対応です。救いは看護師さんが親切で先生、リハビリのマイナス分を補ってました。
It is a management system that is impossible for a medical institution. The rehab menu was skipped several times and I repeatedly complained but it didn't improve! The teacher is a clerical response that does not listen to the patient's story. The nurse was kind and made up for the negative part of the teacher and rehabilitation.
