K	Kanako on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年最悪の出来事だったので初めてGoogleに口コミ。昨年素人でもわかる程の左右非対称でガタガタの仕上がり(カット)のお直しに行きました。同じ女性担当者が施術しようとしてきたけど、前日にできなかったことが翌日できるようになるのでしょうか。不信感があったのでその人にはもう髪を触らないで欲しかったですね… → 大失敗したことをすっかり忘れたのか数ヶ月後にメンテナンスの案内が届いたのにはびっくり！( 顧客情報もしっかり管理した方が良いのでは…？行くわけがない。) 大切な髪の毛を雑に扱われてショックだったし、5cm以上切ったので手直しができるのか不安でその日は眠れず…とても嫌な思いをしたので仙台のイメージが悪くなりました。ネタとして友達や家族に話したら多少すっきりしたけど、半年経った今でも思い出すと本当にイライラします(苦笑) 「転勤族が多いお店」としてPRしているのは戦略だと思うけど、東京等の都心部から転勤で来られる方は特に要注意ですね。スキルが全く違います～！！都内の担当美容師さんには同情されましたし仕上がりに絶句していました。( ある意味記念に写真に残しておけば良かった ) 検討されている方はお気を付け下さい。 It was the worst event in 2019, so it was first reviewed by Google. It was a little refreshing when I talked to my friends and family as a story, but even after half a year, it's really frustrating to remember (bitter smile) I think it is a strategy to publicize as a "shop with a lot of transfer people", but especially those who are coming from Tokyo and other central areas by transfer are wary. The skills are totally different! ! I was sympathetic to the hairdresser in charge in Tokyo, and I was disappointed in the finish. (In a sense, I should have left it in the photo to commemorate it.) If you are considering, please be careful.
