診察は見るだけの一瞬でしたが治ったので。。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ きちんと患部を診察して、丁寧に説明してくださいました。一人一人丁寧に説明してくださるため、待ち時間は少しかかります。混んでいる時で1時間くらいの待ち時間です。すぐ隣に大型のショッピングセンターがあるため、時間が潰せます。

なぜなのか聞くと、５月４日まで薬がある計算なので自己負担になるかもとのことでした
ですがその日は病院が休みなので休み前に取りに来ました
ですが断られました
確定してはないので、確認してくれと行ったらめんどくさそうにしてました、
その時には確認してくださりませんでした
でももらわないわけにはいかないので
じゃあ、全額出しますと了承しました
その後、ようやく電話してくれました
どうしてその時に調べてくれないのでしょうか？
誠意が感じられませんでした
此方は仕事中に無理行って仕事抜けさせてもらったのに、悲しい思いしました
此方の状況加味して、せめて調べてから
全額になると分かってから行ってほしかった
調べたら結局保険適用でした。
余計に腹が立ちました
