ピ	ピッツパッツ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の昼に行きました。店長さんは中国の方です。美味しいと評判のお店です。 20年ぐらいやっているそうで　店長さんは几帳面な方で、お店が終わって一時間ぐらいかけて　掃除をするそうです。以前、テレビにも出たそうです。昼間だったせいか　店長さん一人で厨房、ホールをやってました。せっかちな方や、時間に余裕のない方は向いていないお店だと思いますが、余裕のある方は一度は寄ってみても良い店だと思います。すっぽん料理に力を入れているみたいで　赤字覚悟の値段らしいです。お料理の方は研究を重ね、日本人向けに改良しつつ、中国料理の良さを出しています。杏仁豆腐はへんな臭みがなく　あっさりとほのかに甘いいい味でした。紹興酒は初めていただきましたが　カメの中からだしているそうです。コクがありガッツリとくるお味でした。お店に行った時は店長さんに話しかけてみてください。色々教えてくれますよ。 I went on Sunday afternoon.
