 I was happy that the salad was also included in the single item menu. Whenever I come to Chapo, I will have a meal here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的にコスパの良いチェーン店です。そこそこの価格できちんとした定食を食べることができるので重宝しています。ですが、接客についてはばらつきがあるかなと。若い店員は態度が良いですが、年配の店員で非常に愛想の悪い人がいます。愛想が悪いどころか、常に不機嫌ですね。こういった人に接客されるととても気分が悪いです。
Basically, it is a chain store with good cost performance. It is useful because you can eat a decent set meal at a reasonable price. However, I wonder if there are variations in customer service. Young clerk has a good attitude, but there are older clerk who are very unfriendly. Far from being unfriendly, it's always in a bad mood. I feel very sick when I am served by such a person.

曜日、スタッフ、店舗にもよると思いますが、調理、ホールあまり何も考えていないのかなと感じました。
どんなに忙しい中で、多少の誤差はあっても同じタイミングで提供するべきではないでしょうか？片方が食べおわる頃になっても自分のものはくる気配がしないので、言いたくいけどまだきていないです。と言う感じでした。二人揃って、うん？！?ってなるくらいです。野菜もあまり火が通ってなかったらしく残していました。
調理工程で時間がかかるのなら、まず先に手間がかかるやつをして同じタイミングでだせるのがいいのかなと。
ホールの方も中が回らないなら少し時間がかかってます。など一言あるだけで違うと思います。
提供時間が遅い分、後からきたお客様は席が離ればなれになってしまっていたし、
早く食べなきゃ片方にも周りにも迷惑になると待たされたのに急いで食べなきゃと思ったり。
休日の食事は楽しく美味しく食べたいと思っているので、すごく残念な気持ちになった食事でした。

Due to the late delivery time, customers who came later had to leave their seats.
I had to wait for it to bother one side and the people around me if I had to eat it early, but I thought I had to eat it in a hurry.
I wanted to enjoy and enjoy my holiday meals, so it was a very disappointing meal.

店員の挨拶や対応ばかり顧客アンケートでは気にしている様子ですが､来店客はマニュアル化されたスマイル0円よりは寒い真冬に先ず温かいお茶を出すのが本当のサービスだと感じています。三成のお茶ではないですが、高齢者も多く来店するのに経営陣は現場をちゃんと見ているのか不思議になり。

It seems that the customer survey only cares about the greetings and responses of the clerk, but the customer feels that the real service is to serve hot tea first in the cold midwinter rather than the manual smile of 0 yen. 4. Try the meat :).

1. No English in Menu but you can use the pictures of the food and select what you want.
2. Crowded ... waiting especially at dinner
