藤	藤本斗城 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西京味噌担々つけ麺をいただきました。少し塩味が強いかなとは感じましたが、ゴマのクリーミーさが麺とよく合っていました。麺もしっかりとしたコシがあってよかったです。ただ、つけ汁の味が強いので、薬味のネギやカイワレの風味はほぼ感じられませんでした。メンマはしっとりと柔らかく、臭みもなくて美味しかったんですが、チャーシューはつけ汁の中に浸かっているのであまり肉の旨味は感じられませんでした。麺の量が値段変わらず選べるというのはありがたかったですし、トータルでは非常に美味しいと思うんですが、やはり味の濃さを考え星１つだけマイナスにしました。 I had Saikyo Miso Tantan Tsukemen. I felt that it was a little salty, but the creaminess of the sesame went well with the noodles. I'm glad that the noodles were also firm and chewy. However, since the taste of the soup was strong, I could hardly feel the flavor of condiments such as green onions and radish sprouts. Menma was moist and tender, and it was delicious without any odor, but since the char siu was soaked in the soup, I didn't really feel the taste of the meat. I was grateful that the amount of noodles could be selected without changing the price, and I think that the total taste is very delicious, but after all, considering the strength of the taste, I made it minus one star.
春	春巻太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1月初めの年明け、どこのラーメン屋もやっていなくてお腹ペコペコで彷徨っていたら開いていた。普段カウンターのラーメン屋は怖くて入らないのですが、店員が女性だったのと、たまたま一気に人が出て席が空いたので勇気を出して入りました。魚介のラーメンを頼みました。汁はこってり系でチャーシューも凄く美味しかったです。身体に染みました…次行くときは追加でチャーシューと味玉を頂きたい。 At the beginning of January, when I was wandering around with no ramen shop and I was hungry, it was open. I usually don't go to the ramen shop at the counter because I'm scared, but I entered with courage because the clerk was a female and a person happened to come out at once and a seat was vacant. I ordered seafood ramen. The juice was thick and the char siu was very delicious. It's soaked in my body ... When I go next time, I'd like to have additional char siu and taste balls.

The broth was not too fishy but still emphasized the Japanese Bonita flavor in a mellow way. This ramen restaurant serves seafood based broth ramen. You can choose from two sorts of ramen. The basic ramen and “Tsukemen”, a style of eating ramen by dipping the noodles into the hot soup. I personally prefer Tsukemen since you can better taste all the flavors in the broth. The seafood based broth has a rich Japanese cured bonito flavor with a slight hint of citrus(Yuzu). Waiting to get two seats wasn’t a pain in the bum. Cozy atmosphere. Small note! You’ll be served with a free free Japanese chicken wing(Karage) if you show the restaurant or the waiter that you’ve followed their twitter account!
