★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明治病院という昔の病院の建屋をリノベーションしたという蕎麦屋さんで、駐車場もここ入るの？と思ってしまうぐらいの場所です。まるで100年前にタイムスリップしたかのような店内と外観にワクワクします。蕎麦は手打ちのかなりの細麺ですがしっかりとコシがあります。つゆも揚げた野菜がたっぷり（天ぷらではありません）の特徴的なつゆでサッパリ頂けます。
 A soba restaurant that renovated the building of an old hospital called Meiji Hospital, and will there be a parking lot here? It's a place that makes me think. I'm excited about the interior and exterior of the store as if I had traveled back in time 100 years ago. Soba is a fairly thin handmade noodle, but it is firm and chewy. You can enjoy the characteristic soup with plenty of fried vegetables (not tempura).

奥に広い敷地があり、車停めれます。
スマホ禁止のお店ですが、撮影はOK
ゆったりとした雰囲気で、本を読みながら20分くらい待合のお部屋で待ちました。
お時間がない場合は、時間がある時に訪れて下さい。
お蕎麦細麺、コシがしっかりあります。お野菜もたっぷりで身体に良いです！
大盛りはないですが、お野菜いっぱい入ってるので、ちょっとたくさん食べる私でもお腹いっぱいになりました?
レトロな感じの隠れ家的なお店です。
お店のお庭の桜が?満開で綺麗です。

古民家風蕎麦屋さん。こだわりのつまった素敵なお店に絶品のお蕎麦。
心もお腹も満たされて、またこのお蕎麦食べるために北杜市に行きたいなぁって思えるほど良いお店でした！
駐車場からお店までの小道に
「スマホは禁止です」(※撮影はOK)とか、
「じっくり野菜を揚げるのでお時間のない方、急かす方はご遠慮ください」とか色々注意書きが書かれていて、頑固親父の堅苦しいお店なのか⁉︎とビクビクしながら入ると、丁寧な女将さんに本がたくさんおいてある待合室？みたいなところに通されて、お席を用意するまで本を読んでお待ちください。。と、、
雰囲気が抜群に素敵でお食事前にすでに大満足！
通された席もお蕎麦の味も最高で、
特に素揚げの野菜が甘く美味しく野菜嫌いの子供もぺろりと食べられました。
注意書きがたくさんだったのは、気難しいとかではなく、純粋にお店の雰囲気とお蕎麦の味を楽しんで欲しかったからとわかって一気にファンになってしまいました。
ぜひまたお伺いしたい名店です。
時間に余裕があって、大人の時間を過ごしたい方にオススメです。
スマホの動画やゲームがないと静かにできない小さなお子様連れには向かないお店だと思います。
わが家は読書好きの子供だったので、子連れでも楽しめました。

An old folk house style soba restaurant. Excellent soba noodles in a nice shop full of specialties.
It was a good restaurant that filled my heart and stomach and made me want to go to Hokuto City to eat this soba again!

The seats passed through and the taste of soba are the best,
Especially the fried vegetables were sweet and delicious, and even children who dislike vegetables were able to eat them.
The reason why there were a lot of notes was not that it was difficult, but that I wanted to enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant and the taste of soba, so I became a fan at once.
It is a well-known store that I would definitely like to visit again.
Recommended for those who have plenty of time and want to spend their adult time.
I think this shop is not suitable for families with young children who cannot be quiet without smartphone videos and games.
My family was a child who loved reading, so I enjoyed it with my children.
