a	a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 実際に利用したものです。セブ島留学とオーストラリア留学について利用させていただきました。留学の手続きに関しましては自分で国際送金などをする必要がありましたが、連絡もスムーズでした。仲介していただいたセブ島の留学先は、あまり自分にはあっていませんでした。セブ島留学も後半はキャンセルしました。返金金額に関して、途中留学先の学校とエージェントさんとの間の契約の話をされ、またキャンセル料のかからない期間にキャンセルしたにもかかわらずトラブルになりました。またオーストラリアの留学も3ヶ月前にキャンセルの連絡をしたのですが、手続きしますと言われたまま数ヶ月間が過ぎ、自分はキャンセルしてると思っていたら、留学予定だった日に、まだキャンセルが済んでいませんと言われました。 3カ月前にキャンセルを伝えているにもかかわらず、勝手にホームステイ先を探され、その分の手数料を請求されました。エージェントさんにキャンセルを伝えているにも関わらず、「学校の正式なキャンセル手続きは各自でやってください」とやり方が分からないままで放置でした。キャンセルについてとなると、どこのエージェントさんもそうなっていまうのでしょうか…。ぜんぜん英語が出来ない人が、送られてきた英語の書類を確認することや書くのはかなり難しいかと思います。留学の手続きはとてもスムーズだったのですが、返金に関しては雑で残念でした。この留学以降、他のエージェントさんは使わず自分で選ぶことにしたため、他のエージェントさんと比べられませんが、自分で選んで直接学校に申し込みする方がいいなと思いました。 It is actually used.
