ProToolsの入ったパソコンがあり、レコーディングブース、エンジニアルームがコンパクトにまとまっていて時間貸ししてくれます。
（土禁なのでスリッパに履き替えます）
最初に機材の使い方を簡単にレクチャーしてもらってから、セッティング済みのパソコンで録音ボタンを押せば音声収録ができます。
ナレーション収録としてwavで収録した音質は、デフォルトのセッティングのままだと、声の反響があったりで良質とは言えないかな。BGMを被せれば誤魔化せる感じ。
Pro Toolsを使いこなせてセッティングにも詳しければレンタルスタジオとしては使えると思います。
 It is a rental studio that can self-record. A few minutes from Ebisu station and good access.

First of all, you can lecture the usage of the equipment easily, then press the record button on the set PC to record the sound.
If the sound quality recorded by wav as a narration recording is left at the default setting, there is echo of the voice and it can not be said that it is of good quality. If you cover BGM, it will make you mislead.
I think that you can use it as a rental studio if you can master Pro Tools and set it in detail.
