ご	ごはんがススムくん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油ラーメンをいただいた。かなり久しぶりの豚骨醤油。麺と茹で加減を選択できるようだが初めてなので両方とも普通でお願いした。中細のストレートだったがこのスープには細麺のほうが良かったかもしれない。豚骨醤油のスープは粘度が少し高く脂が多い。もともと豚骨醤油が苦手なほうなので自分には少々しつこい。味付け控えめなチャーシューは箸でつまむのが困難なくらい柔らかい。ほうれん草も柔らかい。ネギが入れ放題なのはネギ好きには嬉しい。高菜やすり胡麻も入れ放題なので味噌や塩豚骨の時には嬉しい。ランチサービスで無料のライスや先に出される豆腐も嬉しい。再訪して同じ醤油ラーメンをいただいたがスープは少しサラサラとなり脂もしつこくなかった。チェーン店でこの味なら十分だ。から揚げは好みではなかった。 I had soy sauce ramen. そ	そらまめ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープンした時、ワンコインサービスやってたから、友人と４人で行きました。着丼を待つ間にテーブルの調味料をチェック！醤油、酢、ラー油、唐辛子、胡椒。オーソドックスな調味料の他に、ニンニク、ゴマ、辛子高菜、ザルに入ったネギ。普通のラーメンより一回り小振りの器。なのに麺がスープに沈んでるという事は、麺何グラムなんだろう？普通サイズのチャーシューが器の三分の一程度を占めてる程の小振り。具は、海苔、ほうれん草、チャーシュー、メンマ。スープは透明感ゼロで脂がバリバリ。和歌山ラーメンを優しくしたような味だね。麺は、細めのストレート麺。硬さを普通でお願いしたけど、いい感じの食感でした。メンマは余計な味付けをしてなくて、シャキシャキでグッド。チャーシューは、色は薄いけど味が染みてて柔らかい。しかし、通常価格だと750円。このボリュームで750円は、ＣＰ的にはＮＧだにゃー。駐車場は在るものの、トラックは無理。たとえ停められたとしても、この量でこの値段だとトラックドライバーは見込めないでしょうね。近隣の企業の方たちは、一度は来るでしょうけどやっぱり、この値段だと・・・。休日はファミリー層が狙えると思いますけど家族４人で来たとして、2800円～3000円は辛い。決して不味くは無いんです。むしろ美味いと思います。惜しむらくは値段に見合ってない所ですかね。あくまで、個人的感想ですが精々、600円台に抑えないと厳しいんじゃないでしょうかねー。 When it opened, I was doing a one-coin service, so I went with a friend and four people.
