★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホトリアとは造語で、皇居のお濠の畔(ほとり)というところから来ているようです。再開発した３つの高層ビル?️の間の皇居に面したスペースに、皇居の中にあるような自然を意識した緑の空間を作って、皇居にいそうな生き物の来訪、行ったり来たりを期待していると案内の方にうかがいました。また、広場には親水コーナーもあって水の循環システムがあるようで、お濠の水をひいてるそうです。それをある程度浄化してお濠に戻すなど、お濠の水の品質管理に一役買ってるようです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真冬は凄く寒いですが、真夏は30度越えなのにお昼時は日陰でとても過ごしやすくオフィスの冷房で冷えた体が適温になりますよ。植え込みの縁がところどころ木製なので座れる様になっており平日のお昼時は皆さん各々お弁当などを食べています。自然豊かで落ち着けて大好きな場所です。
